During the Inspection:

  1. Jay will inspect the interior and exterior for hazards or concerns.

  2. We cannot inspect homes with hazardous conditions.

  3. During inspection, Gus will move quickly and we will mark alert areas with blue tape.

  4. Gus does not go into attics or crawlspaces but can detect mold from entry points.

  5. Gus can go into basements with safe and adequate access.

  6. No need to turn off HVAC, fans, or air purifiers.

  7. We can also inspect vehicles for mold.

  8. Please keep children and extra people occupied to minimize distractions.

  9. Gus is a highly trained dog (90% accurate) but still young—he may shed, drool, lick, or have an accident, but highly unlikely.

  10. Please ask before taking videos or photos during our visit.
